We pride ourselves on offering an exclusive and specialized service, dedicating our fullest attention to only a select group of clients each quarter.

  • Our Naples, Florida, atelier is located at 1998 Trade Center Way #2 Naples, FL 34109. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that we are proud to welcome you to! We also meet with many clients via Zoom or at their desired location, depending on the project.

  • The typical duration of a project varies depending on its specific requirements. We've had projects lasting anywhere from 2 months to an entire year, with the timeframe determined by the length and complexity of the project.

  • At The Story Atelier, we understand that storytelling — whether simple or complex — can be overwhelming. To assist you in navigating this challenge, we offer our expertise and experience. Before our storytelling discussions, we arrange a drafting session where we collaboratively map out your story, highlighting key chapters that structure our conversations. In this phase, we also help you choose a story style. Once we start the discussions, we encourage you to share any organic stories that come to mind, and we take care of compiling and crafting them into your finished product. Leave the hard work to us!

  • To secure your spot, an initial deposit is due at the time of the drafting session. The total project amount is then divided into three payment segments, all due before their respective stages: the first payment before storytelling discussions begin, the second before writing commences, and the last upon delivery of the final product.

  • We prefer credit card payments through our online portal or checks. Once we obtain your email address, all invoices will be initiated directly to you via email and in person.

  • As each client receives special attention and care and every experience is carefully crafted and executed, we don't offer promotions or specials. However, throughout the year, we may organize workshop-type experiences that have lower costs and quicker turnaround times. Keep an eye on our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

  • We have a strict no refund policy. Nevertheless, we are committed to making sure your experience is seamless and unforgettable. If you encounter any questions or concerns during the process, don't hesitate to reach out. In the event that you start The Story Atelier process but are unable to continue, you forfeit the collected payments but are not obligated to make the remaining payments.

  • We most definitely offer virtual storytelling sessions. When we meet to schedule the storytelling sessions, we will build your experience schedule around your plans. If it is necessary or preferred to do a virtual session, that will not impact the quality of our process.
